I TAKE PHOTOS TO GET OUT THE HOUSE

I take photos with a DSLR camera to get out the house. This is the time were we share stories, catch up on whats going on in our lives, and discuss future plans. Usually this is where I come up with all of my creative ideas. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and sometimes I get bored, or I’m just not interested in the things that are going on around me. So I call up one of my friends, if they don’t call me first. We meet up and head downtown for a photoshoot. I started doing this back in 2013 because I would always be in the house making beats or recording. At the time I was reading fashion magazines and blogs like GQ, tumblr, complex, or anything with a cool photo of a model wearing a detailed garment. I bought a Nikon D40x and later upgraded it to a D3200. So I could go around taking photos of myself and my friends outfits. We would always link up downtown grab something to eat or go shopping. While we hang out we would pass around my camera and snap shots. When I meet people that ask me what I like to do for fun. I tell them I do photography and Videography. Some of the people that get interested always ask me how much I charge. I don’t charge because its something I do with my friends to keep me inspired and motivated. Most of the time its not worth the money to go out of my way to shoot them, unless they have a legit brand or business. Lately I’ve been getting more interested in Restaurants. I’ve always liked to stop at a nice restaurant to grab something interesting to eat. This time I met up with Marqdeshon and we stumbled across a coffee shop. I literally pass this shop all the time but I’ve never actually stopped inside. It has a very college atmosphere. I bought a hot chocolate and sat next to a window with A cool cactus plant.
